*      Put on a good pair of UV Protected sunglasses whenever you are out in the sun. This is to avoid irreversible damages to your eyes.

*      If you find it hard to open your eyes when you are out in the sun, you are experiencing Photophobia; a symptom of excessive sensitivity to light. Sunglasses could help to reduce the irritation and tearing.

*      Dark sunglasses doesn’t necessary provide protection compared to lightly shaded sunglasses. Make sure you choose a pair of sunglasses with a certified Ultraviolet protection. Cheap street side sunglasses usually don’t provide this protection.

*      Putting on sunglasses while you drive could cut out glares and improve the comfort of driving.

*      Sunglasses also help you to lessen the squinting of your eyes which will drastically cut down any wrinkle formation.
