Spectacle Hut reserves the right to cancel the order and all deposit will be forfeited completely should the goods remain uncollected 3 months from the issuance of the receipt.

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY

Comprehensive 60-Day Prescription Guarantee for Progressive Lenses

If new progressive prescription lenses cause you any discomfort, we will provide a second free eye examination and if necessary, a complimentary replacement within 60 days of product handover date (contact lenses excluded).

1-Year Frame/1-Year Lens Manufacturing Defect Guarantee

If manufacturing defects are found on frame within 1 year of purchase (handover), or on lens (coating) within 1 year of purchase (handover), we will replace without additional charge (accidental damage and human factor damage excluded).

All eyewear purchased in Spectacle Hut are eligible for the above terms and conditions of quality guarantee. Valid receipts are required. Damage caused by chemical, heat or inappropriate disassembly, scratches, pressure, collision, or other human factors is not covered.
